The Interreg Euro-MED Green Living Areas Mission invites citizens and project partners from across the Mediterranean to share inspiring photographs showcasing greener, healthier and more resilient communities through the Green Living Areas Through Your Lens – Photo Awards 2026.
The competition is organised by the Interreg Euro-MED Green Living Areas Mission through its Community4LivingAreas (C4LA) governance project, coordinated by RCDC Albania with the support of the full C4LA partnership.
Who can take part?
The competition is open to two groups: partners of the Green Living Areas Mission Thematic Projects, who may illustrate their actions, results and pilot activities (Group A); and any citizen aged 18 or above, who wish to share their own vision of greener living areas (Group B).
What are the categories?
Participants are invited to submit photographs under one of four categories, reflecting the key themes of the Green Living Areas Mission.
- Better Places, Better Lives — greener, healthier and more enjoyable communities
- Moving Differently — sustainable mobility and cleaner, more connected territories
- Powering a Sustainable Future — clean technologies, efficient buildings and the energy transition
- Nature at the Heart of Our Communities — biodiversity, nature-based solutions and well-being
